Thai Boxing Is it a sport or a self-defense

Boxing is one of the most popular sports, especially kickboxing.
They are martial arts for martial arts or self-defense.
Thai boxing for kickboxing is referred to as the 8-party flag, the reason for this title is the fact that you are using almost every part as a weapon.

Thai Boxing has been invented for kickboxing for more than 2,000 years and is known as one of the oldest known martial arts of man.
 Although the Thai boxing battle records date back only 700 years, there is a general consensus that these martial arts originated more than 2,000 years ago in part of Asia now inhabited by China.

Thai boxing was known as the martial arts of kings because in 1411, when King Sen Muang Ma, whose sons fought to the death on his throne, died using Taiwan's martial arts techniques.
It is known that many kings have not only trained in martial arts in Thai boxing but also on the competition.
The only problem is that it was not obvious to touch a less striking emperor. So a king named Buddha Chua Sawa used to enter many Thai boxing matches in peasant clothes to deceive the public and their opponents.
 Not only won all his games, but he defeated the national champion in the end.

 John Claude Van Damme has made a name for Thai boxing and other films, but this martial art is one of the most brutal forms of self-defense.
 Thailand is known to face open challenges that incite other forms of stand-by combat against Thai boxers.
 Most of the Thai fighters have outperformed in these matches but are still able to destroy their opponents because of the different ways of attacking.
No other martial arts train you to use all of your limbs to attack, while most other martial arts limit the amazing area to the waist.
 In Thai boxing, you are allowed to kick, punch and hit the knee on your opponent's legs. Many opponents who were not used to receiving leg kicks literally lose the game because of the severe pain caused by this technique.

Do not know Thai boxing as the most brutal martial arts without reason. Thai boxers train their kicks in a way you literally feel as if someone hit a baseball bat when you hit them.
 Thai boxers tend to focus on some effective techniques and mastery instead of wasting energy on some of the smarter techniques found in other martial arts.
 In addition to being an effective martial art and the official self-defense system of the Thai National Army, Muay Thai is one of the best cardiovascular exercises to take part in. Many aerobic studios incorporate Thai boxing techniques into their own exercises.
 As you can figure out if you want to kill two birds with one stone by learning how to defend yourself and make yourself in good shape, the Thai boxing is a military art that definitely deserves a look at it.
